Sit in bed and build your plan. List out “what am I going to do today” Go down your list and start simple. Take a shower, get coffee exc.. it’s not the last step you take in the day where you feel accomplished. It’s the first step that is the hardest that you should be the most proud of. Just like this message was short and simple but it was your first step to communicating. I’m still working through no contact. 10 days now. It’s too simple to just stay in bed and only drag yourself out when you have to go to work. But if you were to only do that you miss out on every opportunity to allow yourself to heal. Go get yourself some healing!
