If you fucked up tell her. My boyfriend also fucked up and what I would want is a big gesture. Girls want romance and flowers. If you think you can work it out do it. But if you don't think you're going to be able to change for her and do serious work do not waste her time.
One of the worst things my ex did was care about what everyone else thinks he was worried to get back together bc of this. So if you can prove it to her do it. If not just move on bc if my ex wasted my time I'd be pissed
