My ex gf who has my daughter and someone new who she’s talking to tells me what they talk about and what she calls him as a pet name. It’s one of those things where maybe she didn’t love me like I originally thought. She abandoned me when I lost my job and went broke. Maybe I’m the problem and maybe I’m delusional. We live together for the baby but I’m deteriorating mentally and I don’t really see value in myself anymore
You are valuable. You can get another job. If she left you because you lost your job then that’s not cool. She should support you regardless, perhaps helping you to find a new job. You seem like a great father too. Maybe you need to explain you have some boundaries that are being crossed. Perhaps explain that you are happy to cohabitate at the moment but that you struggle listening to her tell you personal relationship things like pet names because you haven’t moved on yet, so politely ask that she tries to refrain.
