Getting back

I know people who have gotten married after breakups. I feel like its the exception and not the rule though. I think it really depends on what happened in the relationship. If trust and respect were seriously broken its very hard to come back from that without professional help. If it was less serious, I’d take a few months for yourself to gather and see if you still want to reconnect. Then I'd reach out. But that could set back your healing if they reject you.
