me and him

we were an perfect couple, but I started arguing so much about him not finding his time for me. He was working abroad and wanted to come back to our country, but in 2 days he made an decision to not coming back. He called me and said that he doesn’t see long distance relationship for next one or two years, he even texted my mom saying I should have someone who can give me 100% of their time, and he loves me so much, and I need to chase my dreams. I know its so damn difficult for us two, because it ended all of a sudden and im the first girl ever to met his family, he cried around me etc. We have a chance to talk in few weeks (what he said we can) Do you think we can come back together?

I think you can but long distance is difficult. If you want it to work and convince him then you will also need to communicate that you need someone who communicates with you about how he feels especially if he feels inadequate regardless if it is because of you or not instead of breaking it off. Come to a compromise with him that will satisfy both your needs and his. A need to have someone’s attention constantly may be due to weak emotional security as well. However, keep in mind that if he doesn’t want to put the work in, theres nothing you can do to change that and you should find someone who doesn’t care and will fight for you even if it’s for a compromise based on alternatives
