We broke up yesterday, I love him and he loves me but we’re unhealthy and we need to work on ourselves That’s what he told me , he said there wouldn’t be nobody else and idk if I believe him , he said he stills sees me in his future , I just don’t know how to stop contacting him and to just focus on me for a little because it’s always been him . What do I do .. plus I hurt him
i hope you are going okay; first of all, you need to trust what he is saying to you, you are only hurting yourself expecting the worst. trust him as you did when you were dating; and believe that the reason he wants to break up is that your relationship is unhealthy. give him and yourself time to heal, mute his messages if he’s texting you. Or if you’re worried about hurting him; warn him in a simple text you’re not going to contact him. you need to leave space for you both to grow or you can’t resume the relationship. safe healing ❤️🩹
I feel like the him in this and I can say that all I’m praying for is that my person will go to therapy and work on healing. I know I can’t heal while hoping that so I’m trying to do my own healing but I meant it when I said that I hope they are my future. Sending love and compassion to you!
