Since when did y’all breakup? And why?

About a week ago, she simply told that we were toxic together and the relationship wasn’t working, and while there is some truth to that sentiment, I really tried to give it my all and be the best possible version of myself towards her. I am just so broken over how she just decided to end it all without any opportunity to make things right, she didn’t care to, she was certain with her decision and just completely discarded me over the phone with cold and nonchalant indifference. It didn’t seem to phase her at all yet it completely shattered my world.
