Sad and seeking advice

I’m sorry. What happened?

I work all the time and was gone a lot this year helping my adult kids and granddaughter. He has no children. I was supporting him and taking care of him 100%. He was upset when my business wasn’t doing well and I could only make the minimum payments on his credit cards until business picked up again in October. He has a back injury which may have something to do with a disk but now is having to go out and get a job when he hasn’t worked in like 15 years. He just turned 55. He moved my daughters across the country so I can be closer to them and they are only 2 hours away now. He hates my daughter’s baby daddy as they got in a fist fight before. I told him the guy wasn’t coming but last minute he ended up coming and he’s mad I didn’t tell him. He was being grumpy at me and I lost my temper and told him I hate him and threw stuff on the floor. I told him I didn’t want to eat his food anymore (I am 100 lbs overweight) since we met 9 years ago and I need to go on a diet. I really regret that because now he threw me out and said we both have to get our shit together and not to contact him
