i have this feeling that my life is not complete without them i fee really alone. dis anyone got some advice for me? he was my first boyfriend and we were together for 1 year. he broke up with me because he wanted to be “alone” again and needed space. He did tell me we could maybe be together later but idk.
Hey love,i was in the same situation, he was my first everything and i felt shitty after the break up, but i always tried to think of myself more not him, because you are the one hurting now not him and if he really loved you he wouldn’t be hurting you rn. what helped me is just going back to him until i started to hate him but the best thing for you to do now is just block him everywhere and go out with friends ,family or focus on yourself,go to the gym,buy some new clothes and try to not think of him much. but its okay to show your emotions, cry and let it all out. but i hope that its gonna be easy for you and take care❤️
This is pretty much my situation and I feel so alone too. I left bc I felt like he wasn’t loving me enough, he kept saying maybe in the future. I’m so glad to know I’m not the only one going through my first heart break..
