I feel so isolated. My grandmother who raised me is in the hospital and I’m trying so hard not to reach out to my ex, but Journaling and talking to an AI doesn’t provide the feeling of love that sustains a human . 😥. I’m k just so depressed.
I understand how you feel. The AI is t enough sometimes but there is a reason to go NC it’s better for your brain to detox and mental health will in turn improve. It’s terrible you have to go through this alone. I was raised by my grandmother as well. It was her loss that drove me into a terrible relationship bc I was so lonely. But stay strong and know that you might regret any decision you make out of grief or fear. We are here for you here if you need a human 💜
I am so sorry to hear that & that you have to go through this alone. I hope we can all give each other real human comfort here. No contact is so so so hard, and you are so strong for doing this. I’ve been just telling myself it’s no contact for today, and then telling myself the same thing the next day. I think taking it one day at a time can make it feel less scary. Sending hugs & support
Often at times we will come up with anything to talk to an ex. Maybe he understands you and how you feel about your grandmother but that access is only for when yall were together. Try to talk to someone else who you can vent to and lean on for support. You will lose sight of why he became your ex in the first place and will have the stress of your grandmother and the stress of him on your mind. That’s to much
this is exactly how i feel. i know how hurts. i just wanna broke no contact but hes so abusive!!
